Improved speed and context for the alerts portal

Previously, when an alerts was flagged as concerning by Sown To Grow's system, the alerts portal would only displayed the latest version of students’ reflections that were flagged for concerning content. This meant that reflections flagged for concerning content that were later edited by a student to remove or reduce the severity of the concerning content would no longer appear in the alerts portal.
To better support school leaders overseeing student well-being in addressing potential needs and concerns with students, we have enhanced the Alerts Portal to persistently display reflections that have ever been flagged for concerning content, even if students later edit or remove the content of the reflection. School admin will now see the most recently flagged content by default, with a note indicating if an alert may have been edited, and will continue to have an option to see the full history of edits made to those reflections for the complete context in the alerts portal.

Additionally, in recent months, Sown To Grow has invested heavily in enhancing the infrastructure that powers our advanced technology features. As a result, you will notice a significant improvement in how quickly the alerts are flagged after the students write a reflection. Previously, reflections for which Sown To Grow's algorithm has high confidence that they should be flagged as concerning (such as if they contain obvious language related to self-harm) would get flagged within 30 minutes of the student submitting the reflection. With the infrastructure improvements, concerning student reflections with a high degree of confidence will now be flagged in less than a minute. The rest of the reflections that the technology flags as concerning, but have enough ambiguity that they go through human review by trained professionals, will also be flagged meaningfully faster thanks to the infrastructure updates.
