Updated school admin view offers tailored implementation support insights & resources

When school admin log in to Sown To Grow, their homepage will now feature a more customized experience. Based on data from their current school implementation usage, Sown To Grow classifies schools as 1) not launched, 2) launched, 3) emerging consistency, 4) school-wide consistency, or 5) strong practice. Our training team has designed pathways to support schools to move through the school implementation journey as they deepen engagement with Sown To Grow.

School admin will see their current implementation journey stage in the top right corner of their admin homepage. Below that, they will see a list of training and support resources tailored for those most useful to school leaders at that current implementation stage. If the leader clicks into the "See your journey checklist" option, they will be able to access additional resources and advice for leveling up to the next implementation journey stage, and preview other stages along the journey.

At the center of the school admin homepages, school leaders will also now see suggested insights, which are insights customized to be most useful for users at that specific implementation stage. Clicking on these suggested insights will navigate leaders directly to the corresponding insights page, so that they can quickly access helpful information.

The implementation journey stage and corresponding insights and resources will update for a given school as  usage patterns of Sown To Grow shift. Factors that impact school implementation journey change include reflection read rate, teacher reflection response rate, alerts addresses rate, and how frequently school admin log in to Sown To Grow.

We've designed this journey and dynamic updates to give school leaders clear and actionable steps to deepen practice and make the most out of Sown To Grow for their school. The new portal functionality and tailored insights will offer school leaders increased clarity for where their school is at along the journey and easy access to support.
