MTSS insights dashboards piloted as a part of U.S. DOE Project

School administrators can now access various dashboards explicitly designed to help identify and support students who indicate (1) persistent feelings of sadness and (2) low sense of belonging at school. These dashboards have been piloted with a select group of admin users for feedback on their usefulness and are now being rolled out across all schools. The addition of these MTSS dashboards is part of a larger effort to use Sown To Grow's student well-being data to provide actionable insights and proactively inform support pathways for students as a part of multi-tiered systems of support.
Low Sense of Belonging
This dashboard flags students who indicated lower sense of belonging at school on the beginning of the year self-assessment, and helps student support staff ensure that these students are being supported both in the school building as well as getting consistent responses from their teacher in Sown To Grow.
Persistent Feelings of Sadness
This dashboard identifies students who are consistently marking "awful" or "sad" emojis in their weekly check-ins week over week, and allows student support staff to focus in on supporting these students by applying interventions and monitoring these students Sown To Grow entries over time.
