Teacher portal redesign

We’ve redesigned our teacher portal to make it easier to read and respond to  reflections! The updates to the teacher platform include: a revamped homepage, a new “Highlights” section to learn key insights about your classroom, and the addition of filters so that student reflections are easier to prioritize and respond to.

The platform’s new navigation bar makes everything you need easily accessible — from roster information, to insights on your classroom and screeners, to support resources. This navigation change is coupled with a reorganized home page that includes quick links to all check-in’s assigned to your classroom, as well as other important links. The right hand side features our new “Highlights” section that surfaces important information about your classroom, such as which screeners have been assigned to your students.

Within each check-in, student responses have also been rearranged to be more accessible. We’ve introduced filters to empower you to respond to your most urgent reflections in a timely manner, whether those are “Unread,” “Awaiting Reply,” “Flagged,” or from students who are “Feeling Down.”

Our redesigned week selector also streamlines identification of unread reflections in previous weeks. Student reflections can be flagged or responded to from this screen, with a link out to “See student profile” if more context on a students previous check-ins is required.
