Spring 2026•Analysis of California Schools
Attendance is a foundational driver of student learning, graduation outcomes, and, in some states, district funding, yet chronic absenteeism remains stubbornly high nationwide. Analysis of Community Schools in California between the 2023-24 and 2024-25 shows that schools implementing Sown To Grow achieved 2–3 times greater reductions in chronic absenteeism than non-implementing schools, with the strongest results seen under high-fidelity implementation with Sown To Grow.

Spring 2024•Metro Nashville Public Schools
Metro Nashville Public Schools launched the Navigator Program to ensure “Every Student Known,” addressing the need for scalable structures that make relationship-building practical and measurable in complex school systems.
